But when it comes to finding a park during the silly season, it's a whole new level.To help demonstrate the unique perks of being a Thrifty Car Rental Member, we partnered with QIC to deliver the ultimate present to members - VIP parking at shopping centres across Australia during the year’s biggest sales event, Boxing Day.

To launch the campaign, we conducted consumer research into shopping trends, revealing Australia was set to have a record-breaking Boxing Day Boom, with $3.9 billion expected to be spent on Boxing Day alone. Armed with our news hook, we secured a metro exclusive with news.com.au - positioning Thrifty Bluechip Membership as a free hack to beat the queues and those parking blues!

The campaign comprised in-centre advertising, branded parking bays, earned media and an influencer program. Our content production team developed a range of assets, from teaser videos, social tiles and infographics, and billboard advertising - to rollout the campaign.The campaign was a huge success, driving earned media, word of mouth and of course Membership sign ups:
